Most template sites and basic site packages come pre-equipped with SEO basics so you don’t have to worry about them, and beyond that, it seems to newcomers that the majority of SEO value stems from how good your content is (and how well-received it is by your audience).
For the most part, this is true; producing amazing content, consistently, can take you pretty far in the SEO world these days. But there are still a number of technical factors that contribute to your overall position and growth, and without them, your campaign is doomed to fail.
